How to Book

Bookings

Course bookings can be made by telephone, fax, letter, email or using our online booking facility. Please note that bookings are not confirmed until you receive a booking reference number from the ASET administration team.

To ensure you obtain the course dates that meet your requirements, early bookings are recommended as many of our courses are in high demand.

Customer care is a priority, so dates for any of the courses described on this website may be tailored to suit your specific requirements (subject to minimum delegate numbers).

Payment

An invoice will be raised for every online and offline confirmed booking made. An invoice sent to a business can be paid by credit card, debit card, cheque or BACS. If a provisional booking is made in the name of an individual and not a business, payment is taken over the telephone by debit or credit card after the provisional booking has been confirmed. A business paying by cheque or BACS should return payment in full within 14 days of invoice date.

ASET Account Customers

Payment is required within 14 days from date of invoice.

Non–Account Customers

Payment is required 10 working days prior to course commencing.
